DMCA / Content Removal Policy
Tor.Live is a search engine: it indexes and links to third-party websites, and hosts user-submitted reviews and comments about them. We respond to valid reports of copyright infringement and other unlawful content.
Reporting infringing or unlawful content
If you believe a site, review, comment, or uploaded image on this Service infringes your copyright or is otherwise unlawful, report that site from the report form or open a new ticket from support:
- The specific site, review, or comment URL (or enough detail to locate it).
- A description of the copyrighted work or right you believe has been infringed.
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is unauthorized.
- A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in your report is accurate and that you are the rights holder or authorized to act on their behalf.
- Your contact information, so we can follow up.
Our process
Upon receiving a complete report, we will review it and, where warranted, remove or restrict access to the content in question. We may open a ticket on the affected site to notify its owner, per our standard moderation process.
Counter-notices
If you believe content you submitted was removed in error, you may respond through a site administrator with a statement, made under penalty of perjury, explaining why the content does not infringe.
Repeat infringers
Accounts responsible for repeated, substantiated infringement may be suspended, consistent with the Site Agreement.
This policy addresses content hosted directly on Tor.Live (sites, reviews, comments, uploaded images). It does not extend to the content of the third-party websites this directory links to, which we do not control.
