Site Agreement
This Site Agreement ("Agreement") governs your use of Tor.Live (the "Service"). By creating an account, you agree to it.
Your account
- Registration does not use an email address. Instead, your account is secured by a password and a 12-word recovery phrase shown to you once at signup. You are solely responsible for storing your recovery phrase safely - it is the only way to recover access if you forget your password, and we cannot restore it for you if it's lost.
- You're responsible for all activity under your account. Don't share your password or recovery phrase with anyone.
- Usernames, once registered, are permanently reserved - even if the account is later deleted - and cannot be changed or transferred.
Acceptable conduct
You agree not to:
- Submit sites that violate the Site Rules.
- Post reviews, comments, or content that is defamatory, harassing, or knowingly false.
- Attempt to manipulate reputation scores, karma, ratings, or search rankings through fake accounts, coordinated voting, or similar means.
- Interfere with the Service's operation, including automated scraping outside of the documented crawler API, attempting to bypass rate limits, or probing for vulnerabilities without authorization.
See the Acceptable Use Policy for the full list of prohibited conduct.
Content and moderation
Administrators may review, decline, edit metadata on, or remove sites, reviews, and comments that violate this Agreement, the Site Rules, or the Acceptable Use Policy, and may suspend or restrict accounts for violations.
Service availability
The Service is provided "as is." We aim for high availability but don't guarantee uninterrupted access, and we may change, suspend, or discontinue features at any time.
Changes to this Agreement
We may update this Agreement from time to time. Continued use of the Service after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated Agreement.
